Smarter Seafood Show
The fourth edition of the Smarter Seafood Show will take place from February 24th to 26th, 2025.
This commercial event, which aims to provide better access to fish and seafood from the St. Lawrence, is intended exclusively for the Quebec market. By giving priority to our merchants, fishmongers and restaurateurs, Quebec is choosing to use itself first, and to limit the export of our marine and aquatic resources to other countries.
The appointment is now launched! Producers, processors, distributors, mariculturists, fishmongers, restaurateurs, institutional representatives and business partners, come and celebrate with us the quality of our Quebec marine and aquatic products!
